Gerri Leder, President of LederMark Communications & CoachingGerri Leder is a leadership coach who helps leaders to boost their capacity to learn and grow, increase self awareness, and create the life, the organization and the career they truly want.

Gerri is a certified professional coach through IPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and one of the largest ICF-approved coach training schools. She is a certified practitioner in the Myers-Briggs Type Instrument (MBTI) as well as the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessments. She is a Marshall Goldsmith LEAD60 coach.

A graduate of the University of Richmond with an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, Gerri completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School and has held Series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses. She is the past chair of the Richmond Council at the University of Richmond.

Trish is marketing account manager for LederMark. Drawing from more than a decade of marketing research, strategy, and design, Trish provides a fresh perspective in advising clients to communicate their unique expertise in a digital world. Knowledgeable in the latest technologies and design trends, Trish’s in-depth understanding of real-world application help her design and manage complex marketing initiatives.

Trish earned her Master of Science degree in marketing and management from University Maryland University College and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Hofstra University.

Teresa Dougherty, Communications Consultant

Teresa is a writer and content strategist for LederMark. With 20 years of experience in strategic communications and public relations, Teresa brings her background in business, financial services and investment communication to help clients tell their stories and manage their communications. Her ability to lead and implement internal and external PR programs helps her shape strategic communications that maximize public awareness, expand business objectives and elevate reputation.

Teresa is accredited in public relations (APR) with degrees in political science and journalism from the University of Colorado. Her, thought leadership, content creation, copyediting and PR skills enable her to lead a variety of communications initiatives and programs for LederMark.
