Gerri Leder is President of LederMark Communications, a communications and coaching firm in the financial advice business. She is a thought leader, consultant and coach who helps financial advice leaders to brand their practices, redefine their value and work through blocks to create the life, the organization and the career they truly want.
Gerri has gained credentials as a coach through IPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and one of the largest ICF-approved coach training schools. She has completed Life & Leadership Skills Training and Foundation Principles of the IPEC program in Philadelphia and Miami.
She has a passion for helping financial advisors and firms carve out their brands, create the business and team that they want and live by their own life priorities. She has worked with financial advisors throughout a long career in the financial services industry and as a business owner. As a thought leader, she partners with national financial services firms to develop advisor content and thought leadership in practice management.
Gerri wrote a monthly marketing column for “On Wall Street” magazine from 2004-2010. A graduate of the University of Richmond with an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, Gerri completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School and has held Series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses. She is the past chair of the Richmond Council at the University of Richmond.

Trish is marketing account manager for LederMark. She works with our advisory firm clients and teams to build their brands and execute their marketing initiatives. Drawing from more than a decade of marketing research, strategy, and design, Trish provides a fresh perspective in advising clients to communicate their unique expertise in a digital world. Knowledgeable in the latest technologies and design trends, Trish’s in-depth understanding of real-world application help her design and manage complex marketing initiatives.
Trish earned her Master of Science degree in marketing and management from University Maryland’s University College and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Hofstra University.
Strategic Communications Consultant
Teresa is a writer and content strategist for LederMark. With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic communications and PR, Teresa brings her background in B2B, financial services and brokerage communication to help wealth management and advisory firms tell their stories and manage their communications. She has demonstrated the ability to lead and implement internal and external PR programs. She shapes strategic communications to maximize public awareness, expand business objectives and elevate reputation.
As a vice president and corporate communications manager at Wells Fargo Advisors and predecessor firm Wachovia Securities, Teresa led the communications team during one of the country’s largest brokerage mergers.
Teresa is accredited in public relations (APR) with degrees in political science and journalism from the University of Colorado. Her planning, content creation, copyediting and PR skills enable her to lead a variety of communications initiatives and financial advisor programs for LederMark.
